Akila is the Academic Director at GHPS. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations at GHPS, managing all the TCF staff  and designing/executing the teaching methodology at the school. She has an M.Phil. from Center for Research in new international economic order. She had been involved in NGO’s for differently abled children right from her college days. Akila has worked in RV educational consortium and was involved in various research projects involving government schools. She was also a part of diversity and inclusion in classrooms in Karnataka, a study conducted by SEVA IN ACTION and RVEC, sponsored by UNICEF. She also created resources to aid vernacular medium schools and facilitated / trained the teachers and master trainers to make a difference in the process.

Akila has 16+ yrs. of experience in the field of education. She is very passionate about teaching and has experienced that it makes a big difference in students and society as a whole.
